Electroleaching of Copper Waste with Recovery of Copper by Electrodialysis
A new process to leach and recover copper from solid waste using electric fields was designed. The leaching with electro migration is presented as an alternative to traditional leaching. Preliminary data indicate that the copper ion migration is facilitated by using the electrical potential difference; therefore applying a potential difference in the processes of leaching facilitates the remova...
متن کاملcharacterization of copper anode slimes from bicc
anode slimes are a by-product of the electrolytic copper refining process, which contain the precious and other important metals .in order to find a suitable method for treating these materials it is necessary to know their phase composition. for the separation of various phases from the complexmixture of copper anode. slime, the slime is leached in various steps and the residues of each step a...
متن کاملAnode Slime Gained During Electrolysis Process of Secondary Copper Anodes
The aim of this research is to get a better understanding of the electrolytic refining process in order to yield the anode slime. Three types of secondary copper anodes are electro refined in an electrolytic system, where the electrolyte is an acid of copper sulphate solution. As a result of the electro-refining process the anode slime has been gained as secondary product. The experimental ...
متن کاملRecovering Epipolar Geometry by Reactive Tabu Search
We propose a new approach to recover epipolar geometry from a pair of uncalibrated images. By minimizing a proposed cost function, our approach matches the detected feature points from an image pair, discards the outliers and recovers the epipolar geometry simutaneously. Experiments on real images show that this approach is effective and fast.
متن کاملElectrodialysis of Blood Using Ion-Exchange Membranes
THE correction of electrolyte imbalance and the removal of retention products of the blood during renal failure is at present achieved by the use of artificial kidneys which permit the diffusion of solutes through a semi-permeable membrane. Several types of apparatus used successfully for hemodialysis include those described by Kolff and Watschinger (1956) and Alwall, Norviit, and Steins (1948)...
